
As we previously informed you, from April 17th to May 17th, a route will take place in Rota where ten establishments will compete to create the “Rota mollete.” Each establishment will offer its own unique version, and these are the ones from our restaurants:
- Gaviota: Mollete, braised pork cheek, Bucarito cured cheese sauce, caramelized onion, and crispy pumpkin
- Embarcadero: Mollete, tuna, caramelized onion, roasted tomatoes, and arranque (a type of Catalan salad)
Customers who try the molletes can rate each one by filling out a short form accessible via a QR code available at each establishment. On this form, they can give a score from 1 to 10 points to the mollete they try, and the one with the most points will win the title of “Rota mollete,” the characteristic and representative bread of the city.
