Frequently Asked Questions
The room assignment service is available up to 3 days before check-in. Requests outside of this period will not be accepted.
The hotel will confirm the room selection during the 3 days prior to arrival. The confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the reservation.
Currently, this service is only available for one room at a time. If you have booked more than one room, please contact comercial@hace.es so they can assist you.
The room selection service has an additional cost starting at 25€, which will be paid at the time of check-in at the hotel reception.
How to select your room:
1. Select “Do You have a reservation?” and follow the instructions.
2. Reservations on our website:
Enter your booking reference in the first box.
3. Select your favourite room on the 3D map.
Important:
You can only select your room if there are more than 7 days until your arrival.
You are choosing your favourite room; the reception team must authorise the request.
Once authorised, you will need to pay the specified amount during check-in.
