It seems like yesterday, but it has been almost a year since we opened the doors of Punta Candor Suites, our eco-resort located in one of the last unspoilt areas of the coast of Rota. It was the end of July 2024 and, after years of work, illusion and many details taken care of to the millimetre, we received our first guests.

Since then, we can only be grateful for the incredible welcome we have received. In just a few months, Punta Candor Suites has become one of the favourite accommodations for those who are looking for more than just a holiday: they are looking for disconnection, tranquillity, quality and freedom. It is the fifth tourist establishment of Hoteles HACE in the province of Cadiz, joining the hotels Playa de la Luz and Duque de Nájera in Rota, the Hotel Jerez & Spa and the Villa Jerez.

A new concept of accommodation in the province of Cadiz

Punta Candor Suites was born with a clear purpose: to offer a different alternative to traditional accommodation, adapted to those who value independence without giving up comfort. With this idea as a starting point, it is now the fifth Hoteles HACE establishment in the province of Cadiz, together with Playa de la Luz, Duque de Nájera, Hotel Jerez & Spa and Villa Jerez.

With 127 flats distributed in studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all with private terraces, the complex offers options for all profiles: from getaways for couples to long stays with the family, business trips or active tourism.

In addition, two swimming pools, a choice of sea views, swim up apartments, communal areas designed for relaxation, and a chill out terrace where you can let the time pass with a drink in your hand complete the experience.

And the best thing: everything, just a few metres from the beach.

And if you prefer not to live with pets, we also take this into account: animals must always stay inside the flat. We want all our guests to feel comfortable and respected.

What’s coming: more services, more amenities

The summer of 2025 will bring a great novelty: the opening of the Jan De Clerck Coworking, a modern and functional space for meetings, corporate events and work sessions for small and medium-sized groups. An environment designed for those who want to work… but without renouncing the unique surroundings of Punta Candor.

Nor can we forget the constant evolution of our restaurant AQUA, which renews its menu and continues to offer fresh, local flavours with unbeatable views. Whether for a breakfast in the sun, an informal lunch or a special dinner, AQUA is always a safe bet.
