Lost and found policy.
Forgotten or abandoned items in the rooms will be kept for a period of two months, after which, the establishment’s management will dispose of them as they see fit.
Items to be kept do not include underwear, personal care products, food or drinks.

Please make use of the clotheslines, it is forbidden to hang clothes on the balconies.

Please, check that everything is included and if any items are missing, do not hesitate to contact reception. Upon your departure, once the apartment has been checked, we will verify all the household items and proceed with the deposit refund. If not, we will deduct the amount of any missing items from the security deposit.
Information about cleaning
For stays of 7 nights or more, a weekly complete cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is included in the price, except for the kitchen and dishes.
You can request extra cleanings at reception, the price is 25.00€.
Information on waste management.
We do not have a garbage collection service. You can deposit it in the public containers at the exit of the establishment. For more information, please inquire at the reception.

Los objetos olvidados o abandonados en los apartamentos permanecerán en custodia por un periodo de dos meses, transcurrido el cual, serán llevados a su correspondiente reciclaje.
No se incluirán entre los objetos a custodiar ropa interior, productos de aseo personal, alimentos o bebidas.
Información relevante sobre el uso de tendederos y sombrillas.
Se ruega hagan uso de los tendederos, está prohibido colgar ropa en los balcones.
Debido a los fuertes vientos en la zona, les rogamos que cierren las sombrillas tras su uso y al abandonar su apartamento.

Conexión dispositivos personales en TV. Las conexiones de las televisiones de los apartamentos están bloqueadas por seguridad, si desea conectar un dispositivo personal por HDMI por favor contacte con recepción.
Por favor, revise que está todo incluido y si falta algún objeto, no dude en comunicarse con recepción. A su salida, una vez revisado el apartamento, comprobaremos todo el menaje y procederemos a la devolución del depósito. En caso contrario, restaremos de la fianza el importe de los objetos que falten.
Información sobre la limpieza.
Como apartamentos de 3 llaves, NO incluimos limpieza diaria ni cambio de sábanas y toallas. Para estancias de 7 noches o más, se incluye en el precio una limpieza semanal completa con cambio de ropa de cama y toallas, excepto la cocina y la vajilla.
Puede solicitar limpiezas extra en recepción, el precio es de 25.00€ por limpieza (no incluye cocina ni vajilla).
Gestión de residuos.
No disponemos de servicio de recogida de basuras. Pueden depositarla en los contenedores públicos a la salida del establecimiento. Para más información, consulte en recepción.
