Por favor, revise que está todo incluido y si falta algún objeto, no dude en comunicarse con recepción. A su salida, una vez revisado el apartamento, comprobaremos todo el menaje y procederemos a la devolución del depósito. En caso contrario, restaremos de la fianza el importe de los objetos que falten.
Como apartamentos de 3 llaves, NO incluimos limpieza diaria ni cambio de sábanas y toallas. Para estancias de 7 noches o más, se incluye en el precio una limpieza semanal completa con cambio de ropa de cama y toallas, excepto la cocina y la vajilla.
Puede solicitar limpiezas extra en recepción, el precio es de 25.00€ por limpieza (no incluye cocina ni vajilla).
No disponemos de servicio de recogida de basuras. Pueden depositarla en los contenedores públicos a la salida del establecimiento. Para más información, consulte en recepción.

Items left behind or abandoned in the apartments will be kept in storage for a period of two months, after which they will be disposed of for recycling. Under no circumstances will the following items be kept in storage: underwear, personal hygiene products, food, or beverages.
Guests are kindly requested to use the clotheslines provided. Hanging laundry on balconies is not permitted.
Due to strong winds in the area, please ensure that umbrellas are closed after use and when leaving your apartment.

Please check that everything is included, and if any item is missing, do not hesitate to contact reception. Upon departure, once the apartment has been inspected, we will verify all kitchenware and proceed with the refund of the deposit. Otherwise, the cost of any missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
As 3-key apartments, we do NOT include daily cleaning or bed linen and towel changes. For stays of 7 nights or more, a weekly full cleaning is included in the price, with a change of bed linen and towels, except for the kitchen and dishes.
You may request additional cleaning at reception. The cost is €25.00 per cleaning (kitchen and dishes not included).
We do not provide a waste collection service. You may dispose of your rubbish in the public bins located at the exit of the property. For more information, please contact reception.
