On May 27, we had the pleasure of attending a very special awareness day about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The day was organized by the Adecco Foundation in collaboration with Hotel Playa de la Luz. We had the opportunity to learn more about this disorder, its impact on daily life, and to dispel myths about this disability.

We heard the testimony of an adult with ASD who told us about their progress toward entering the workforce. Finally, the Takiwatanga Association of Rota informed us about the work they do.

Hotel Playa de la Luz maintains a close collaboration with the Adecco Foundation, both helping to integrate people with disabilities into the workforce and also holding awareness days for all staff.
