With Cádiz shimmering on the horizon and the sea stretching out before you, La Gaviota brings together tradition and innovation on every plate. Tapas and main courses crafted to surprise, turning each meal into an experience worth savouring.
Las Dunas Restaurant
Las Dunas Restaurant, set beside the beach entrance, serves buffet breakfast and dinner from April to October. A relaxed, welcoming space where you can dine al fresco and take your time enjoying every moment by the sea.
Opening hours:
Breakfast: 7.00 am to 10.30 am Monday to Friday, and 8.00 am to 11.00 am on Saturdays and Sunday.
Dinner: 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
Dos Mares Bar
Bar Dos Mares is a welcoming spot to linger over tapas, enjoy a coffee alongside one of our homemade cakes, or settle in for something more substantial. With its pool views and generous table space, it’s also an ideal spot to catch up on work away from your room.
Opening hours:
Every day from 9.00 am to midnight
Kitchen hours: breakfast from 09.30 am to 12 noon, and à la carte from noon to 11 pm
La Tapería de La Gaviota

Located on the Hotel Playa de la Luz seafront promenade, with direct beach access and magnificent sea views, this charming space invites you to savor an exquisite selection of tapas in a unique, relaxed atmosphere.
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 16:30 h.
