Right on the beachfront is La Gaviota restaurant, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets as well as incredible cuisine. Our menu features a selection of truly amazing tapas and dishes that you can savor while overlooking the sea.
We believe in healthy, traditional cuisine where salads and rice-based dishes take centre stage, but, as couldn’t be otherwise in a seaside setting, the fish are also outstanding.
Here, the classic ‘pescaito’ from the bay is transformed into a culinary masterpiece in our kitchen, and its appeal is further enhanced when paired with the incredible classic wines from the Jerez region and the buoyant new whites and reds of Cádiz that fill our wine cellar.
