Charming Andalusian Hotels renews its commitment to employment for people with disabilities and reaffirms its partnership with the Adecco Foundation with a shared goal: that tourism not only offers rest and well-being, but also opportunities for those who need them most. This collaboration places diversity at its core and is also an integral part of the experience enjoyed by guests at the hotel group’s four hotels and Ecoresort in the province of Cádiz.
The connection between Charming Andalusian Hotels and the Adecco Foundation’s #EmploymentForAll social project began in 2021. Initially limited to the Hotel Playa de la Luz, it now encompasses all of its establishments. This program works to facilitate access to the labor market for people with disabilities, boosting their employability and fostering more sensitive, diverse, and inclusive professional environments. Currently, nine people with disabilities are part of the staff of Hoteles Andaluces con Encanto, performing functions in different customer service and hotel service positions.

One of the cornerstones of this collaboration has been awareness-raising. Every year, Hoteles Andaluces con Encanto supports the campaign launched by the Adecco Foundation on December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, helping to highlight the barriers that still exist in their access to employment.
In addition, staff have participated in the Diversity Encounters, sessions in which Adecco Foundation ambassadors—all of whom have disabilities—shared experiences and reflections on effort, overcoming challenges, and resilience, with the aim of promoting a renewed vision of disability. The collaboration between Hoteles Andaluces con Encanto and the Adecco Foundation also focuses on training. On the one hand, initiatives have been developed for staff to provide tools and guidelines on diversity, disability, and appropriate treatment. On the other hand, training programs have been developed for people with disabilities—professional development plans—who have been able to complete their professional training within Hoteles HACE.
The company’s commitment extends to its support of the Adecco Foundation’s Family Plan, a comprehensive support program for people with disabilities and their families. This initiative, which benefits more than 3,000 people with disabilities and their families nationwide, has been presented to the staff, and four families are currently participating.
Five years after its inception, this collaboration continues to strengthen, demonstrating that tourism can also contribute to a more inclusive society.
