It is forbidden to hang clothes on the balconies. If you need to, you can request a clothesline from your housekeeper or at reception.

Guest registration
In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Organic Law 4/2015 of March 30, on the protection of citizen security, this establishment keeps a documentary register of registered users and controls access to the premises and its facilities. The accommodation contract is exclusive to the client and therefore excludes the stay and presence in the rooms of persons other than those registered at the Hotel. For your own safety and that of others, please refrain from contravening these rules. For the appropriate purposes, unauthorized access by unregistered third parties at the request of a client and the actions of the client will be their sole responsibility, with the hotel establishment exempting itself from the consequences that may arise according to current legislation.
