Rota Searches for Its Most Iconic “Mollete” with a Gastronomic Route

From April 17th to May 17th, Obrador San Antonio and Cosasdecome are organizing a route in Rota where ten establishments will compete to create the “Rota mollete,” a sandwich that aspires to become the city’s most representative. Each establishment will offer its own version with typical local ingredients, and customers will choose the winner by voting.
