December 3rd is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and for this reason, at Charming Andalusian Hotels, we celebrate this day by remembering something that is part of our identity: inclusion is not a one-off gesture, it is a daily commitment.

Thanks to our collaboration with the Adecco Foundation, we join their campaign “That’s Progress,” a message we fully share. Progress means opening doors, creating opportunities, and building diverse teams where everyone can contribute their talents.

In our hotels, we live, learn, and grow alongside colleagues with disabilities who are an essential part of our staff.
