The Hotel Playa de la Luz, part of the Hoteles Andaluces con Encanto group, has received a grant for the installation of photovoltaic solar panels for individual self-consumption, with a power of 300 kWn (348 kWp) without surplus.
This project is part of the incentive programme linked to self-consumption and storage with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
The new installation represents a firm step towards energy sustainability, contributing to the reduction of the establishment’s carbon footprint and promoting the responsible use of clean energy in the tourism sector.
With this initiative, the Hotel Playa de la Luz reaffirms its commitment to the environment and to a more efficient and environmentally friendly development model.
