I am writing to thank you for the wonderful stay that my wife and I spent at your hotel from 10 to 19 August. We were especially pleased with the outstanding service we received during our visit. Firstly, for the service, cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities, and secondly for the excellent treatment by the hotel's personnel. We were always greeted by a friendly face and a warm smile. Moreover, the staff's efficiency in carrying out their work, which must be difficult at times given the hours they spend on their feet, was always carried out in a cheerful manner. I would like to re-iterate our gratitude and I would like to add that we would love to return next year to spend some more pleasant days in your hotel.
