As in previous years, we decided to spend our holidays in Jerez, in our cosy hotel on avenida Álvaro Domecq. There, we met up with familiar faces and some new ones all of whom, as always, were very nice. The service was splendid as usual, with constant attention and a permanent desire to make life easy for guests and to endeavour to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

This year, we had the opportunity to enjoy a day at sea with our faithful Captain D. Francisco Galán at the helm, who was as pleasant and professional as ever. I would be so grateful if you would pass on our sincerest thanks to him for a magnificent day spent in and around the Bay of Cadiz.

Last year, we already congratulated the management and all the staff who participate in the day to day running of the hotel. We are fully aware that there can be tense situations, misunderstandings and difficulties to overcome. However, guests are always grateful when such situations are handled with discreetness so that guests are not aware of any problem.

We would like to underline our sincerest congratulations to you and your staff for making us feel so at home.
