Ahora que ya ha pasado la Comunión de mi hijo Jorge y todo ha vuelto a la normalidad, no quería dejar de agradecerles la colaboración, amabilidad y buen trabajo realizado para la celebración del pasado sábado en el Hotel Jerez.
Debo destacar al atención, educación, trato exquisito, discreción y prudencia de la camarera Montse y su 2º maitre Juan. Así como de la otra camarera y el camarero que estuvo en el patio sirviendo el aperitivo.
Muchas gracias a Alberto de los Santos por su atención y amabilidad en cada llamada telefónica y facilidades que nos han dado, además de cuidar todo para que estuviera a nuestro gusto. Todo ha salido como habíamos comentado y mejor, si cabe.
Gracias también a Rocío Benítez, con quien sólo hablé en una o dos ocasiones. Enhorabuena por su trabajo.
Todos salimos de su hotel muy satisfechos y tranquilos, como si hubiéramos estado en casa, pero con un salón y un patio muy muy grandes.

Stay at Hotel Jerez & SPA with a day on the Vino Fino Yacht
As in previous years, we decided to spend our holidays in Jerez, in our cosy hotel on avenida Álvaro Domecq. There, we met up with familiar faces and some new ones all of whom, as always, were very nice. The service was splendid as usual, with constant attention and a permanent desire to make life easy for guests and to endeavour to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
This year, we had the opportunity to enjoy a day at sea with our faithful Captain D. Francisco Galán at the helm, who was as pleasant and professional as ever. I would be so grateful if you would pass on our sincerest thanks to him for a magnificent day spent in and around the Bay of Cadiz.
Last year, we already congratulated the management and all the staff who participate in the day to day running of the hotel. We are fully aware that there can be tense situations, misunderstandings and difficulties to overcome. However, guests are always grateful when such situations are handled with discreetness so that guests are not aware of any problem.
We would like to underline our sincerest congratulations to you and your staff for making us feel so at home.

A great location, just a few minutes from the city centre, in a very peaceful area. The breakfast buffet and service at dinner were excellent, as was the service in the bar and restaurant.

All the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the prices very reasonable for a hotel of this category. We will definitely be coming back.
