Saturday 17 September was held the awards ceremony of the XII Edition of the fair's cover of rattan. The jury composed of three representatives of Cadiz gastronomy group and two from the school of catering trade of Cadiz were tasting different covers which were submitted to the contest from one o'clock in the afternoon making public his election to nine o'clock in the evening.
Bar Restaurant El Embarcadero was awarded the prize to better elaborate cover with their squid stuffed with its own ink with mussels to the aroma of the manzanilla de Sanlúcar.
This cover can be tasted at the Jetty Bar the restaurant of the Hotel Duque de Najera, located next to the sportive and fishing pier of rattan.
